By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us, by email at services@anniebs.com.au or by post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to annieB’s™ to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and annieB’s™ for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability and where possible, be despatched on the following day for a 5 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 4pm will be deemed as received the following day and will be despatched
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation.
If our system shows fewer than five items in stock - particularly of our more popular items - our advisors are usually cautious in guaranteeing the item will be available. We do regular stock takes to make sure the stock levels on our systems are correct, but with many customers purchasing on the telephone or online several orders may be requested at once for a low stock item and some customers will inevitably be disappointed.
We have a plan at the beginning of a season for the products we will need. Our fabrics have to be woven specifically for us and brought in from overseas which can take up to three months. Once the products have been made, checked and delivered to us they have to go through our own stringent quality checking procedures and if they don't meet our standards they will be rejected. Quality underpins everything we do and we cannot afford for a product that is anything less than perfect to leave our warehouse.
If you are still waiting for an order and you notice that the item has been reduced in price during a sale, email us at services@anniebs.com.au or phone us on +61 410 526 145 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm). We will honour the reduced price.
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, we will assume liability for the first $50 of your loss. Your credit card company is under obligation to take responsibility for the rest. We will use reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.

We manufacture our products in the south of India. All the dyeing units used in the production of our products have a common water treatment plant where the water is treated with a Reverse Osmosis process and the recycled water is used for irrigation of prime cultivated land around the village. Close to 500 acres of land are being irrigated by this type of water. We dry the yarn on bamboo poles in the sun
Why India? 5,000 years of textile looming/manufacturing tells us that there's a lot of history there and they've got it right. As a country, India produces some of the best cotton in the world due to its' climatic conditions.
We're turning our design expertise on ourselves, taking steps to become more efficient, cut our waste, utilise responsible materials, and protect the broader world that is our home. As a company and as individuals, we're committed to running our business in a way that's not about trends or marketing, but principles that we call on to guide what we do.
These have led us to make choices that protect natural resources and support local communities throughout the world.
We're also making changes here at home. From recycling in our offices to changing our shipping methods to use smaller boxes and conserve fuel, we're working to be mindful of each transaction. The global reach of our business, from partnering with artisans in India, gives us more opportunity to create change. We choose such responsible sources and partners to do our part to try to protect and even restore critical ecosystems and empower communities.
